View Ticket Details and Add a Post

  1. You can post to an existing ticket in the list by clicking the detail button. view

  2. Then the selected ticket with existing data will appear. tick-detail

  3. You can post ticket and attach the file. tick-post

  1. You also can edit the CCed user from here. tick-cc

  2. You also can edit guest list from here. tick-guest

  3. You can check all file attached in the ticket and download it. files
